COVID-19 Update - May 1, 2020
We MISS you! BUT, we also need to be proactive!
With the announcement by Premier Jason Kenney yesterday (April 30, 2020), we are SO EXCITED to begin serving you again. HOWEVER, it is imperative that we keep you (and ourselves) safe.
Due to the lack of PPE (personal protective equipment), we are still waiting for a few things to arrive. As soon as they do, we will resume appointments.
This however, does not return us back to what we know as "normal". Things will be different, at least for now. Therefore we ask, that if you are showing ANY symptoms, or have been in contact with some one who might be... Please stay home. Please reschedule your appointment.
We will also require that you wear your mask at all times, and that a distance of 6 feet is kept at all times when possible. We also request that you limit your companions at this time. If it is necessary, we request that you limit it to ONE person.
We would like to advise you, that when entering the building, you will be asked to fill out a COVID 19 screening form. This is a requirement for entry. We will be asking the same questions via phone, when confirming your appointment to limit confusion.
We will be sanitizing between each client, and therefore will have to limit the number of appointments and types of appointments per day.
At this time, WALK INS will NOT be accepted. You MUST book an appointment, or notify us that you will be coming so we can accommodate you accordingly. If services can be provided via "curb side" or "telehealth" we will continue to use this method to limit interactions at this time.
If you have any questions or concerns, we are here to help! We know how difficult this time must be for you. We also know, that during this challenging time, difficulty in communication can only make it increasingly difficult. We want to do everything we possibly can to get you back on track as fast as possible.
