COVID 19 - Updated 25 March 2020

Dear clients, friends, loved ones,

We would like to provide you with a comprehensive update on the global pandemic of COVID-19 in regards to The Audiology Clinic Edmonton. This was a difficult decision, and not one made abruptly. It is important that we abide by the rules and regulations suggested to us by our government and health care system. We want to make sure we are doing our part in “flattening the curve“. We are doing our part to practice social/physical distancing. As a result, we are unable to physically see clients at this time.

Our clinic will be closed until further notice.

You are very important to us, and we appreciate every one of you. It breaks our hearts that we are unable to see you physically, but want to be able to support you in whatever capacity we are able to. Therefore, we will be rigorously checking email and phone messages and will conduct appointments over the phone to the best of our ability. If you have an appointment booked in the near future, you will be contacted and your appointment will be re-booked. We hope you and your family remain healthy and safe, and we cannot wait to serve you and see you soon!
